CNC Miller

To expand the team, we are looking for a driven CNC miller for our Winterswijk office.

Hittech Bihca BV in Winterswijk is part of the Hittech Group. Besides our Winterswijk branch, we also have branches in The Hague, Emmen, Delfzijl, Nunspeet, Deurne and Uitgeest. Internationally, we can be found in Germany and Malaysia.
At Hittech Bihca BV, we manufacture high-quality precision parts. These parts are of great importance for the semicon, medical and analytical sectors, among others, but also for Formula 1 and space travel. What are you responsible for?

As a CNC miller, you will be responsible for machining semi-finished products and other parts. You will work in a team of 20 colleagues and ensure that products are manufactured and formed into the right shapes. In doing so, you will use 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling machines. Based on the drawing and tolerances, you determine the tolerances, program the machine and start production independently. As a CNC milling machine operator, you are also responsible for the quality of the products produced and you enjoy thinking along with us to improve the processes.

What do we expect from you?

To perform this job well, we expect the following from you; You have a technical MBO 2/3 education, preferably in the field of machining. Naturally, you have an affinity with technology, automation and metal. You also have technical insight, can read drawings and preferably have knowledge of and experience in working with high-quality products. You are a driven team player and have good communication skills. You enjoy the challenge of meeting the high quality standards for every product you make.
If you do not have the above knowledge but are open to following a BBL training course in machining, this is also an option.

This position is in a shift system (2-shift).
