What are you responsible for?
As a wire EDM machinist, you will be responsible for machining products according to drawings and work instructions. You will write CNC programmes using PEPS and you will be responsible for converting the machines and tolerating the manufactured products with the correct measuring equipment. You detect deviations at a glance. Besides converting the machines, you are responsible for the quality of the products you produce and you enjoy thinking along with us to improve the processes.
What do we expect from you?
To perform this job well, we expect the following from you; You have an MBO education 2/3 in the direction of metal. Naturally, you have an affinity with engineering and metal. In addition, you have technical insight and can read drawings. You are a driven team player, accurate and have good communication skills. You enjoy the challenge of meeting high quality standards for every product you make and can work accurately.
The position is currently in a shift mode ( 2-shift)
